  No. Micro Mobisecurity will not work.

  GPRS is mandatory to download application directly on the handset. But if one downloads it on the PC then the application can be transferred via Bluetooth or data cable to the handset without GPRS.
GPRS is not required for the execution of the application except for using the Phone Backup module.
